Responsibilities:
    1.Take lead of purchasing team to manage all purchasing
    2.Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers with respect to quality,logistics,costand innovation
    3.Ensure the timely delivery of materials ordered
    4.Be responsible for supplier management such as supplier selection,evaluation and periodic audit
    5.Coordinate with other department persuing any urgent support of procurement representing purchasing team
    Requirement：
    1.Experienced in purchasing and local sourcing
    2.Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skill, strong leadership and teamwork spirit.
    3.Self-motivate, independent, willing to work under pressure. High sense of responsibility and initiatives. High integrity.
    4.Good oral and written communication skills in English
    5.Bachelor's degree or above
    6.Shanghai Hukou holder
