Main Responibility:
    1 To lead for setting up & implementation of new ERP/MRP II system.
    2 Review Strategic Sourcing project submittal.Check for completeness of technical and commercial information.Resolve omissions with requestor.
    3 Located and recommend eligible suppliers.
    4 Coordinate requests for quotations to support projects.
    5 Evaluate supplier responses to RFQ's for completeness and adherence to specifications.Communicate and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
    6 Respond to project technical inquiries from project and determine landed costs.
    7 Recommend the best supplier for a project.Base the selection on lowest,sustainable acquisition cost.Communicate the rationale for the selection.
    8 Coordinate implementation phases of the project.This includes:
    a. Quality inspection programs.
    b. Prototype requests and evaluation.
    c. Tooling requirements.
    9 Assist in the negotiation of supplier contracts.
    10 Assist in resolution of supplier quality,delivery or price issue
    Requirments & Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors of highter Engineering Degree(mechanical,electrical or manufacturing)
    2. Experience in leading and/or involvment in setting up & implementation stage of new ERP/MRP II system is a must.
    3. 5 years enineering or sourcing experience working with Chinese suppliers
    4. 2 years experience working with or for a U.S or European based company.
    5. 2 years of management or supervisory experience
    6. Excellent spoken and written English/German skills also desirable.
    7. Proficient in the use of Microsoft software
    8. Project management experience in a team environment
